【Company overview】:
We provide translation services for major companies (consulting companies, media). The motto of our company is to improve employee satisfaction (ESS) and encourage a virtuous cycle to raise “customer satisfaction (CSS)” by raising ESS.

We respect diversity. 80% of our employees have overseas study abroad experience. Opinions are freely exchanged in the workplace, and former consulting graduates take speedy measures to improve productivity.

Even in my twenties, I transitioned smoothly after my job change to prepare for a long-term working environment, so I will teach coordination work carefully. It is a workplace where you can acquire skills for communication and translation coordination, so we are looking for people who can work long-term.

We are looking for someone who wants to use language as a global bridge, and a bridge to overseas in Japan where the aging society does not wait.
