Please review the quotation provided. At the same time, we will proceed with the provisional arrangement of the facilitator.

Official order and facilitator confirmation

Once you agree to the quotation, please place an official order. After receiving your order, we will confirm the facilitator and inform you accordingly.
An online meeting with the facilitator is also available.

Sharing of advance materials

To help the facilitator understand your event, please provide various information such as the script and presentation materials to be used on the day, as well as speaker profiles.

Pre-event meeting

We will hold a detailed meeting regarding the event’s purpose, atmosphere, schedule, Q&A flow, and other aspects related to the proceedings. Meetings can be conducted online or in person as needed.

On the day of the event

Based on the pre-event meeting, the facilitator will smoothly manage the event while providing interpretation as needed.
