- Cancellations after order confirmation are subject to cancellation fees.

Yes! Our company group includes a printing business, making this option possible (depending on the type of book or publication). Please contact us for confirmation.
Yes! We can convert the book to data before translation. This service is a separate option. Please contact us with information such as the number of characters per page and the total number of pages.
For large files, please use an online storage service such as GigaFile, firestorage, OneDrive, or Box to send the file.
