Can all communication be handled in English?

How far in advance should I contact you for an event?

For trade shows and conferences, we recommend contacting us at least four to six weeks in advance. For smaller events or seminars, two to three weeks is usually sufficient. Urgent requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us and we will advise you on feasibility.

Can you handle events outside Tokyo?
