About translation
We support English, Chinese, French, Spanish, and other languages.

Yes. Normally the cost for translation is based on a Word file, so a rough quote will be provided for other formats. You can choose Word, Excel, or PowerPoint as the delivery format.
Yes. We always assign translators who are native speakers of the "target language" (English native for Japanese to English translation). A reviewer native in the source language (Japanese native for Japanese to English translation) will then finalize the translation. We also accept requests for Native Check without translation work.
Our strongest areas of expertise are IT, digital, finance, HR and general/legal affairs, public relations, and marketing documents. We assign translators with extensive experience in these fields to provide high quality results. Please refer to our translation services page for more information.
Yes. We have many translators who can use Trados and Memsource.
Yes. However, there will be an additional cost for transcription before starting the translation.

The time frame varies depending on the volume and content. Please send us your translation document via the CONTACT form and we will get back to you with an exact delivery date.
Yes. We can provide a trial translation of up to 400 Japanese characters or 300 English words. Please use the CONTACT form and attach the sample/trial file.
About interpretation
Interpretation services are available outside the Tokyo metropolitan area. However, transportation and accommodation fees will be charged in addition to the interpreter arrangement fee. Please use the CONTACT form for inquiries.
Yes. However, in addition to the interpreter arrangement fee, a service fee for the total work hours (including travel to the site), transportation fee, and accommodation fee will be charged. Please use the CONTACT form for inquiries.
Yes. However, if the meeting is arranged on a different day from the day of interpretation, an additional fee may be required. Please use the CONTACT form for inquiries.
